Refund Policy

1. No Refund for Completed Services

Refunds will not be issued for tokens used to schedule, manage, and complete deliveries via our platform. Once a delivery has been successfully executed using our system, the corresponding token(s) are considered consumed and non-refundable.


2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We may issue a refund or credit tokens back to a user's wallet in the following circumstances:

  • System malfunction preventing proper access or execution of the service

  • Double billing or duplicate transactions

  • Non-activation of service despite payment confirmation

All refund claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a resolution will be provided at our discretion.


3. Demo Availability

We offer a product demo upon request, allowing potential users to explore the platform prior to committing any funds.


4. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund or credit request, users must contact our support team via email at [email protected]. Please include the following in your request:

  • Your registered account details

  • Transaction reference

  • Description of the issue

All requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction in question.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Tokens have been deducted for a completed delivery

  • The request falls outside of the defined refund criteria


6. Our Rights

Tracit Technology Limited reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
